Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada.
Enjoy flat rate shipping for just $15 on orders over $80, and get free shipping on orders over $125 (after discounts and before taxes). Both our flat rate and free shipping options are carbon neutral!
For faster delivery, express shipping options are available at checkout for those in a hurry.
Please note, our shipping carriers do not pick up orders on weekends or statutory holidays.
Do you offer local pick up?
Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick up. We use a third-party logistics provider to fulfill and store our items, so all orders must be shipped.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship orders the same day they are placed (if the order is placed before 2pm PST).
During busy periods, it may take an additional business day to fulfill and ship your order. To get a more accurate estimate of shipping time, please add 1-2 business days to the shipping estimates provided at checkout.
Shipping estimates at checkout are calculated in business days, starting when your order is picked up by the shipping carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
The shipping estimates are provided directly by the shipping carriers to give you the most accurate delivery timelines. However, these are approximate and may be affected by factors like weather. All packages are shipped with full insurance coverage for loss or damage. While we are not responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post, Purolator, or FedEx, we will assist you with any shipping issues you encounter, including insurance claims.

Is shipping discreet?
Absolutely! We ship all of our orders discreetly in plain boxes without any branding, logos, or names. The shipping label will show "VASUPPLY" as the sender, so there is no reference to a smoke shop or any related products.
Do you inspect items for defects before shipping?
We take product quality very seriously. Every item on our website is carefully selected and quality-tested. Each product goes through a rigorous triple inspection process to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition, so you only receive the best quality products with every order.
Do I need to provide ID at the time of delivery?
Yes, all packages are shipped with 19+ age verification. You will need to provide a government-issued photo ID that matches the name and address on the package to confirm that you are of legal age.
How are orders packed for shipping?
We understand how disappointing it can be to receive an order packed poorly. At Vasupply, we make sure that all items are packed securely, so your order arrives safely and soundly, no matter what happens along the way.
We also care about the environment and use recyclable packing materials, including starch-based packing peanuts that are compostable and dissolve in water. Just a heads-up—please don’t dissolve them in your sink, as the starch can clog the drain!
Why don’t you ship to the USA?
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship orders to the United States due to the US PACT Act, which restricts the sale of electronic vaporizers and other related products across the border. Additionally, product packaging regulations differ between Canada and the US. Items such as rolling papers are specifically packaged for sale within Canada.
Because of these shipping restrictions, we cannot offer our US customers the same high-quality shopping experience. For now, we are only shipping within Canada, but we hope to be able to offer shipping to the US in the future.
