Can I make changes to my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and we’re happy to assist with changes if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Here are the changes we can make:

  • Swap the color or size of an item
  • Update your shipping address
  • Remove an item
  • Add items
  • Cancel the order

Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to apply gift cards or discount codes to it. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped yet.
