We want you to love the items you receive as much as we do! However, if for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you'd like to know the return shipping cost, please reach out to us, and we'd be happy to provide an estimate.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all accessories included. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label to print and attach to the box.
Refunds will only be processed after we’ve received and inspected your returned items—no exceptions.
Please note, if you're returning an entire order, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
For warranty returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
If you’re returning an item that’s damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please get in touch with us for the next steps.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
We take great care in ensuring each order is accurate, but if you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Our support team will assist you to make things right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please submit a ticket and include a photo of the product along with your packing slip.
In case of missing items, please check all packing materials thoroughly as sometimes small items can get tucked inside.
For damaged orders, kindly send us a photo of both the damaged product(s) and the shipping box. All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage for loss or damage, so you’re covered!
Please notify us of any incorrect, missing, or damaged items within 2 days of delivery.
